How to make high-protein Cheesy Egg Sandwich

EASY TO MAKE HIGH- PROTEIN CHEESY EGG SANDWICH

Craving for a delicious weekend breakfast? Then try this easy cheesy Egg Sandwich recipe, which can be made at home without putting in much effort. Just combine some simple ingredients and enjoy a delightful Egg Sandwich loaded with cheese, herbs and spices and make the most of your weekend breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

6 bread slices, 4 cheese slices, 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper as per taste.

STEP 1

To begin with this easy recipe, wash and peel the onion. Chop the green chilies and onion, keep aside.

STEP 2

Take a bowl and crack open the eggs. Wash the lettuce leaves.

STEP 3

Next, take a pan and add in olive oil, once the oil is hot enough. Add in chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and green chile saute this mixture.

STEP 4

Pour the egg batter over the egg and keep stirring. Then add in the spices and herbs.

STEP 5

Add in the parmesan cheese and mozzarella to this scrambled egg mixture. Meanwhile, layer the bread with some butter.

STEP 6

Then add in a layer of lettuce leaves, add in the cheesy egg stuffing and top it with a cheese slice. Cover with another slice of bread. Repeat with the rest of the slices.

STEP 7

Grill the sandwiches for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
